The resources that I have chosen my project are Wiggle stools and bouncy bands for chairs. Research shows that children that are more active demonstrate better focus, faster cognitive processing, and are more successful memory retention and by keeping the body active promotes mental clarity by increasing blood flow to the brain, making activity vital to both learning and physical and neurological health. I will use these items to provide students opportunities to wiggle and to move while learning. The goal is provide the students with an avenue to move during class to increase student success and achievement while also promoting the importance of staying active.

About my class
