Teaching in the area of Charleston, South Carolina can be a real treat! I serve a very diverse population of students with different interests and learning styles. Being in South Carolina, we rank 2nd across the nation in childhood obesity. While most of our students want to be healthy, it is growing increasingly hard with all of the academic demands that see them sitting more and more throughout the day. This project aims at developing a fun way to infuse and encourage movement in learning. It's just a small way we can start to solve the problem of childhood obesity.

About my class
