Our school is a Title 1 school, meaning the majority of our families qualify for financial assistance based on income. It is not uncommon for students to lack basic food, clothing and other essential items, not to speak of school supplies. Many students come to our campus to participate in the magnet program for performing arts, and every student has the opportunity to participate in music, drama, art, and dance every week. Our school family consists of amazing teachers and parents who make our school a very special place in our community, where horizons are expanded and lives are changed.

About my class
