Our school is made up of all special needs students from Pre-k-12 whose home districts are not equipped to provide them with the least restrictive environment. Our students are from a low socio-economic environment. We rely on outside funding, donations, and grants to help off-set the cost of educational supplies. Our district is lacking in the area of technology to assist with student learning and growth. We would like to get and iPad to help develop the students visual perception which is very important. Technology is highly motivating to kids of all ages. Teaching basic technological skills starting in preschool will be beneficial to these students in the years to come.

About my class
