I am asking for three iPads for my classroom along with accessories to keep them safe, as well as the Osmo's game systems to foster social intelligence and creative thinking by opening up the iPad to the endless possibilities of physical play. Included in the Wonder Pack that I am asking for we will receive the base kit, which has the projector to facilitate all the activity pack. The pack also includes the coding kit which teaches logic skills and problem solving, and it helps kids succeed in an increasingly digital world. The numbers kit allows them to explore math addition and subtraction with errorless learning, and encourages them to play with numbers. The tangram kit allows students to match shapes as well as learn how to pattern. The word kit that is included helps students learn how to segment and play with word sounds. The Osmo kit in a whole gives students the opportunity to access all these functional academic skills more independently. This gives them the skills to accomplish tasks independently in a positive manner. I am thrilled at the opportunity that this gives my students access to the curriculum in a way that they can access it independently! My students need the curriculum presented to them in an untraditional manner due to a variety of disabilities including sensory processing disorders, physical impairments, visual impairments, learning disabilities and intellectual disabilities. Having a variety of ways for the students to access curriculum this gives them the opportunity to reach it as well as learn to use technology, which is a life skill. These materials will be put directly into our students' hands and empower them through learning.
