Welcome! I am a Learning Specialist in the Oregon City School District - at the end of the Oregon Trail. I graduated from Portland State University in 2002 with my Masters in Special Education. My students are between kindergarten and 5th graders who have learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism and communication challenges. As a specialist I'm faced with a lack of a budget for technology, and am seeking to supply my classroom with assistive technology solutions via grant writing. I'm super excited about using technology to help bridge the gap and looking for funding to do so because my ancient computers have died from dysentery! Click on my project to see what I am currently hoping to fund.
