My students come from a low socio-economic status and though my school does its best to support our students with the materials, often times teachers spend hundreds of dollars supplementing their classrooms. This means that our students can lack some of the engaging materials we wish to provide them. My students are ELL learners and benefit from multiple ways to present their work, such as with the whiteboards. I will have 32 second graders in my class next year who are all eager to learn and strive to do their best. I believe my students are some of the best there are but they do need extra help, love and support to make their school days as successful as possible!
