I am a first grade teacher in a New York City public elementary school. I teach an amazing group of children. My students are always eager to learn especially when it is time to read. First grade is where a child should develop of love of reading. However, I am running into a problem. I simply don't have enough books for my students to read! A first grade leveled library would be the answer to all our troubles.
