Hello and thank you for considering donating to my new classroom of 23 wonderful second graders. The school is a Title 1 school where many of my students speak English as a second language and are emerging in their language acquisition. This class has gone without a consistent teacher for the last several months before I started teaching the class in early March. I moved into the area due to my husband's recent military transfer and am happy to be able to help such a great group. I realized quickly of the benefit of additional learning aids to an otherwise empty room. I am hoping my requested donations will promote independent learning and encourage students to reference what I have taught them. Thank you for your donation consideration!
