Thank you for considering to support our class of diverse learners from around the world with the best learning conditions in our 60 year old building! Heim Heroes are 1st and 2nd grade students that stay in the same classroom for two years with me as their teacher. Building a passion for life-long learning is the goal while allowing students to realize there is a Hero in each child. Being outside a military base allows our children to bring rich and unique backgrounds. Parents request their child to enter multiage before the year begins. This unique program thrives with hands-on learning and individualizing instruction to address variousl earning styles. Another key to our success is building a strong sense of community involving clear communication between the teacher, parents, and child! Thank you for supporting our creative learning ideas!
