The students in our school are very motivated and love to work on projects that enable them to be directly engaged. The school is small but that enables the students be better engaged with each other. The students all know each other due to the fact they have all attended the same schools. The staff here are close and we collaborate on everything. This collaboration enables us to better teach and discipline the students. The student in the Junior Reserve Officer Training Program (JROTC) learn the values of good citizenship and leadership in the class room but need to practice these skills through various team building programs (LABS). The Raider Team challenges the students by physically requiring the teams to work together in building and crossing a one rope bridge, competing in a push-up, set-up and run an event, a vehicle pull, and logistic relay and litter carry.
