I teach AP English Literature and Language in a high needs public high school with a large population of special needs students. The school is in a lower income portion of the city and it is difficult to get resources for my students. I also plan on working on becoming a National Board Certified Teacher which will further develop my skills as an educator. A main part of the certification process is sending in videos of you teaching entire classes. By gaining this Certification I will be able to develop myself as a better teacher for my high needs students.
