The Colorful World of Coloring, Jewelry you can wear, and other projects are some of the exciting art projects my students will learn this year. My Art programs have the potential to help improve my students' memory and concentration skills, develop decision-making /critical thinking skills.......but also encourage focus and discipline. When budget cuts are enforce in DISD Schools, the Art programs are often the first ones to cut. The Art materials I am requesting will provides my students a solid groundwork for their educational, emotional, social, and creative development. Also, these supplies will be used by the students, so that they may create an amazing art masterpiece. In this unit, my students will focus on some of the elements of art and principles of design. They will compare different art styles and enjoy using different media of Art. The supplies will allow them to design new and exciting works of Art.
