My students come from diverse backgrounds and speak several different languages at home. My students love to read, to have in-depth discussions, and share their ideas. They enjoy art and drama as well. They come to me with a variety of needs, tastes, and goals - we have a vibrant classroom community. My students are indentified as "Highly Capable Learners," which means it is often a challenge for me to challenge and engage them. They have a wide variety of interests, but a common thread is their love of learning.
