I have twenty-five wonderful eight and nine year olds (fifteen boys and ten girls). I have seven English Language Learners and four students on Individual Education Programs. Our school is a Title I school with about 80% of our population on free or reduced-cost lunch. I have no parent volunteers in my classroom, so getting that connection with families and the town's community is limited.
