My class this year has a TON of energy! My students need an appropriate way to get the wiggles out, and this would be the perfect way. I have one yoga ball that my students take turns with, and they love it. Many of my students come from low socioeconomic homes and are not used to sitting still. They are used to playing outside and running around. It is very difficult for them to overcome the challenges that come with poverty, and my hope is to give them one less thing to worry about, which is sitting still in a hard chair all day.
