Students across all grade levels want to learn, and I have clearly seen they want to be readers. There has been a growing excitement in our school as we are pushing for solid opportunities for students to read independently. As the reading coach for our school, my job is to support teachers according to their goals for reading and writing instruction based on student needs. Everything we do each day is for the benefit of our students, and reading is the key component to unlock the doors to vast learning experiences.
