At my school we are committed to health and wellness. Our goal is to increase the fitness level of all of our students through a variety of circuit trainings and exercises. For many of our students, due to the neighborhoods they live in, P.E. class is their primary source of exercise. As their teacher, my goal is to have my students fall in love with fitness and learn life-long skills to maintain a healthy and fit life. We are a 5th-8th grade school run by an outstanding principal who has created stability, discipline, and respect in our building. He is also a huge supporter of athletics and fitness and recognizes the benefits it will have on our students in their lives and in the classroom.
