Students are having a difficult time remaining in their designated areas, without moving around the classroom. Utilizing these wobbly stools in the room will allow the kids to get those necessary wiggles out of the way while remaining focused on their learning tasks in the classroom. Providing 8 stools for my classroom will allow half of the students to use one each day, then rotate and let their neighbor use it the next day. Students have suggested that sitting in their isolated area for the whole day without Covid-19 procedures in place is difficult and they NEED more opportunities to move. This is a great solution to the problem in our crazy pandemic!
