The students at our school are hardworking and compassionate children that strive to build strength in their peers. We have made it our number one goal to help make every student's experience the best it can possibly be by using positive and encouraging words, and practicing good sportsmanship through high fives, fist bumps, and smiles. Our school is 90% free and reduced lunch and are continuously challenged at home. For many of our students only traditional sports such as soccer, basketball, and football. Though these are great sports, I would like to open there horizons on activities they can enjoy independently and as they grow older. Disc golf is a sport that will also attract the students that have less interest in the traditional team sport activities as well. In disc golf, students stay active, gain manipulative skills, and enjoy a perfect social environment in mother nature.
