My students are caring, hilarious, and hardworking seven and eight year olds. They are thoughtful, witty and enthusiastic. They strive to be better people and better learners. Many of my students come from very low socio-economic backgrounds. For several of my students, English is not their primary language. These kids face many challenges, yet, they still come to school with their big, toothless grins ready for the day's challenge. They have left such an impact on my life and I only hope I could do the same for them. I am so grateful and lucky to call these kids my students.
