We are currently in need of a washing machine so students can learn to wash their own clothes. Laundry also allows practice in sorting, sequencing, measuring, and direction following. The students are learning life skills to increase their independence as they transition to adulthood. They are hands-on learners who benefit from real-life experiences. Our goal is to prepare them to reach their highest level of Independence. We work in a low-income​ area where funding is not always available. This project would reach our entire school population, with an emphasis on individual practice for 50+ students. Your support will make a world of difference for our students!

About my class
