My students are truly one-of-a-kind. Our classroom really is like a little family - we are a team. We encourage each other, laugh together, and have fun with our learning. Our school is a Title I school, with a high percentage of free/reduced price lunch. For many of our students, this school is their safe place - the place where they are not only protected, but encouraged that they can be and do anything they set their minds to. To see these children reading, succeeding in other subjects, and believing in themselves gives me more joy than I can fully explain. Like I said, they are one-of-a-kind!

About my class
