My class consists of children with special needs; ranging from their abilities to participate in the classroom. I have two sessions; one with a mixture of students who are able to participate in the classroom and with each other, and another who have autism and are learning how to behave in school. The district that my class resides in is small but supportive. There are limited resources which means that I create a lot of my own materials, but it takes time and money. I strive to give my students the best materials as well as opportunities on a daily basis.
