I have students on every level possible, from students that are able to read at a kindergarten level to students reading above twelfth grade level. My school has a high number of free and reduced students, far greater than our states average in Tennessee. However, even though we are working to overcome these obstacles in learning, I would have to say that I have the best students! My classroom is an environment were students praise each others success. My students strive to make sure their classmates understand the concepts covered in class, and they work together in learning. The school that I teach in is one of the most encouraging, loving schools that I have walked into. Our teachers and students genuinely care for each other and about learning.
