My students are thirsty for knowledge and activity. They love being active in the classroom. I use this to my advantage in planning my lessons and incorporating movement. My students are part of a high-poverty community. Our school is in a rural district in which all schools operate with Title 1 funds. Without receiving donations, many of my students are not able to bring many of these supplies to school themselves.
