My students are public school children in Tennessee. I have a class of mixed level learners. I have 2 in resource, 2 in ESL classes and 10 identified for intervention in reading and math. I also have 3 who are reading above grade level. Differentiated instruction is key to the success of my students. Many of my students have poor writing skills and writing on paper becomes a chore. They need practice and many are not getting it at home. Additionally, I need to extend the learning of my high level learners.
