My students are in need of a new rug! Flexible seating gives the student a chance to get out of their seats and move around the classroom! During “Center Time” I allow my students to move to different tables and a small piece of carpet. The carpet we have now is only big enough for 2-3 students so my students often starting asking a day in advance if they can sit on the rug. A new, larger rug would benefit my classroom by allowing more students to participate in “Center Time” and would allow for the whole class to sit together for other fun activities! Please help my precious second graders get up out of their seats and the cold floor and onto a warm inviting area for learning!
