I teach in an inner city elementary school on the west side of Cleveland. Our school is designed using full inclusion, meaning 1 general education and 1 special education teacher are in each room at all times. My 7th grade class currently has 25 students with 10 special education students, 4 English Language Learners (ELL) and a diverse makeup of different racial and cultural backgrounds.
