The majority of our students come from economically disadvantaged homes. Many of them speak a primary language other than English. Many of our students have disabilities such as autism, a specific learning disability, speech and language impairment, hearing impairment, other health impairments, or emotional disturbance. Our school educates special education students with the general education students. Despite those hardships, our students come to school each and every day eager to learn! At times, our students can feel overwhelmed and frustrated but every teacher works vigorously to help them succeed. We see our students as individuals with a vast amount of potential and not students with hardships!

About my class
