Transition Plus is a program for 18-21 year old students who are eligible for special education transition services. T-Plus provides a variety of instructional services and training. Students in the Pre-Certified Nursing Assistant class all want to explore working in the health care field. They are preparing to enter the employment market, in either the competitive or supported sectors. Students in this class are a diverse and highly motivated group. Demographics of our school are 76% students of color and 80% qualify for free and reduced lunch. Students at our school WANT to work! They want to be able to provide for themselves and their current and future families. .
