We come from a very low income, poverty community. Many of our kids will not even bring the essential supplies for learning. However, they are genuine kids that want to learn and be successful. We create a learning environment that is conducive to all learning types. We provide each child with the essential knowledge and skills to be successful. We try to bring in fun learning activities to make learning rigorous, yet fun. These kids are kind hearted and willing to learn, which is half the battle. Many of them come from broken homes and want to feel appreciated. Through learning, we show them another side of themselves, and with that comes confidence and the strive to excel in all aspects of life.
