Our music program has grown since the school was originally built. The stands that we started with more than a decade ago are beginning to fall apart. We barely have enough for a single class but regularly combine classes for performances so that more experienced students can support the younger students. I am asking for two cartons of music stands. Donations to this project will help my students to see their music and to practice proper posture, which is vital to creating a beautiful sound. Students should never have to share more than two to a stand because they can't see the music. We sometimes have as many as four students per stand.
