My students are intelligent, interested little humans. They are a diverse group, bringing to our class the many gifts of their unique familial, cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Being 4 and 5 years old, they like to learn through play and experimentation. They enjoy hands-on activities that enable them to create their own meaning. Our classroom is dynamic, adapting to the needs of the group and task. We engage in many messy art and science experiences. We love to read, listen to, and create stories. We sing and we dance. We love to count and explore number sense. We like take fun seriously, and have fun doing serious learning.

About my class
