As a Kindergarten teacher I have been tasked with teaching my students to read by the end of the school year. This is a incredible challenge when you consider that over half of my students didn't even know the letters of the alphabet when the school year started. With that hurdle out of the way we are moving onward to learn to read. Having fun along the way helps to make the journey easier and technology assists in creating excitement in the classroom. With only 2 desktop computers in my classroom I am on the lookout for new technology to give my students more opportunities to enjoy exploring with it.
