My classroom is a diverse make up of 20 first graders. They come to school each day excited to see what's in store for the day! Our day is packed full from the moment the bell rings. I am amazed by how much they learn and do each day. First grade today is totally different from my first grade experience. We expect so much more from today's students! I teach in a title one school in a small town in Alabama. My school is a happy place where everyone goes above and beyond to meet the needs of our students.
