We will use Lego blocks in fun and unique ways for students to solve building challenges. They will have to rely on their creativity and problem solving skills as they participate in STEM activities such as building dams or designing floating boats. Our students are primarily second language learners and most of their school day is spent getting their reading and math skills to grade level, but this center will challenge our kids to be creators and innovators. We will be setting up multiple stations within our media center to provide STEM resources for students. These stations will be a new experience for our students to learn in different ways.

About my class
