A typical day in our classroom involves collaboration, engagement, and working on student Habits of Scholarship. Many of our students need to interact with technology to improve their comprehension. Right now we do not have any dedicated classroom technology so we must borrow from the front office. It is very difficult to get every student on the borrowed Chromebooks every day. Our school currently teaches 6th - 9th graders, typically with 25 students in each class. We plan to expand our enrollment each year so that our 6th graders will be able to stay with us until they graduate from high school. It is our mission to prepare the next generation of leaders, capable of solving problems and participating effectively and ethically as local and global citizens. Through challenging academics, real-world learning, and community engagement, our students will discover their potential, develop persistence, and recognize the value of others.
