For a small school with over 40% of students qualifying for free lunch, these students are lucky enough to have a working kiln in the ceramics room! However, securing the materials needed to put that kiln to good use has proven tough. I'm excited to see so many students signing up for my class, but I hate to see their disappointment when I have to limit their creativity. I want to give these students the same opportunities that I had growing up. But, to do that, I need your help. My students come from so many different backgrounds, and for most of them, the art room is an escape from reality.

About my class
