Our class is asking for your help to purchase these 4 iPads and keyboards! We will be using the iPads for a variety of purposes. It is important for teachers to incorporate digital literacy into the classroom. With the iPads we will be able to access the latest and most successful methods for tapping the power of digital tools and media to help encourage digitally literate students. By donating to our project, you will not only help to provide tools for students to learn how to use technology to foster their reading and writing ideas, you will ultimately help to increase their academic achievement. We will be able to use the iPads to promote students as self-navigators and digital citizenns. We will also be able to use the iPads to access Dreambox - an online math website that our school subscribes to. Dreambox adapts to students' actions to meet them at the right level - with personalized instruction that promotes student decision making and strategy development. We are excited to incorporate the iPads into our daily activities. This technology will help us differentiate instruction for the learners in our classroom, and keep us engaged in the learning process!
