Did you know that bowling works 134 different muscles? It is a great exercise that can be enjoyed for a lifetime! I teach Physical Education to 800 4th, 5th, and 6th graders. My school is very athletically motivated by the basic sports.(soccer, football, baseball, etc) I would love for my students to enjoy the benefits of bowling.
