I teach a group of motivated gifted second graders. These students are high achievers and eager to learn. They have outstanding memories, possess lots of information, and are able to process it in a sophisticated way. The students have advance vocabulary and verbal ability for their age level. Gifted students must be consistently engaged in challenging work. Our school is focused on creating a dynamic learning environment in which students are empowered to collaborate, innovate, and think critically in order to grow socially, emotionally and intellectually.

About my class
