The students I work with are young students ranging in grade from transitional kindergarten to second grade. My student all have unique ways of learning. Each child has their own learning path and we work as a team to find creative ways to facilitate their success. However, all of these students benefit from lessons that include hands on activities and visual supports. In addition, my students all benefit from movement breaks after they work with me. These breaks help them reset after challenging academics so that they can return to class calm and ready to learn in the classroom.
