A child's education is one of the greatest experiences in his/her life. The classroom environment and the materials in that classroom is essential. Because of the ongoing changes in education, a teacher has to rely on the resources that are funded with state funds. However, those funds are never enough to buy the much needed manipulatives, books, and supplies that a teacher needs to make education exciting, fun, and life changing. Education is a world of diverse learners with many different learning styles, abilities, and challenges. Teachers have to constantly differentiate and taylor lessons based on the needs of their students. Thankfully, there are so many wonderful people in the world that know that most of the time teachers are making the sacrifices by purchasing items that their students need. I am so appreciative that teachers have supporters that are willing to help make a difference in a child's life.

About my class
