My name is Ms. Hernandez and I have been teaching for 5 years in a small town. I currently teach 6th grade Math and Science. I like to play soccer and use technology in the classroom. I enjoy seeing students succeed even more when they assume they can't accomplish it. Their face lights up when they accomplish something they thought was unatainable. My students are eager to learn and can't wait for hands on activities/technology. Our school serves over 50% of students that come from a low-income household.
