Because of the vastly different reading abilities of my students, it is vital to provide leveled instruction during small group time. One way to accomplish this is by offering each student his own tablet that can be used to read individualized assignments. Your generous donation to our project will greatly improve our third grade classroom by providing students the chance to have more personalized instruction, all while becoming more skilled with 21st century technology. Many of my students, especially English Language Learners, have never read a chapter book! Having a set of tablets will allow me to facilitate multiple book clubs with my students based on the different reading levels of each group. Please help kindle a FIRE for learning in the hearts of my students!
