I teach in a school that is located in a middle-income area where most students come from homes where both parents work. Most students have not had any experiences with the Utah Science Core. Reading levels in my classroom range from two grades below to two grades levels above. Having books on the same topic and different levels is beneficial to my students. This gives all my students access to the same information.
