Our school is made up of Kindergarten and first grade classes with approximately 350 students. We are located in a low-income, rural area in Northern California. We are a Title I school, as the majority of our students are on free and reduced lunch. Our school is approximately 40% English Language Learners. My classroom is made up of 21 kindergarteners who are eager to learn. Most of them jump at the chance to try new things.
