I teach kindergarten in a Title 1 school with 60% of our students being low income and coming from non English speaking homes. My school is a close knit and very involved community with many parent volunteers, mentors, and business partners in education all striving to achieve a high level of success for our students. We have many school-wide events throughout the year encouraging parent and student involvement beyond the school day.

About my class
