My students are from a high poverty school with a vastly changing demographic from only ten year ago. They love to learn, read, and discover the world. We expect greatness from our students and as a staff we do all we can to help them achieve this. Due to socioeconomic challenges they are not able to experience the richness of our area. Even though we life a short distance from the ocean, many of my students have never felt the cool Pacific waters on their toes. Teachers spend hundreds of dollars each of their own money to cloth, feed, and give our students basic supplies. We could use any help that you are willing to provide us.

About my class
